Laser cutting

Laser cutting is the mother of the technology used by our company because it can realize excellent quality flaps with high process speed and good repeatability. Used in the iron, steel and aluminum both flat elements of both components to highly complex 3D geometry. Maximum cutting size: Iron 200/10 Stainless Steel 150/10 Aluminum 120/10.

CNC Milling

In our modern laboratory we perform milling cnc to aluminum, brass, copper and to all kinds of plastic materials but also to wood, polystyrene, polyurethanes and sponges.

CNC Bending

The CNC bending operations with laser control are applied to obtain deformation of high precision materials and particular forms, both for achieving a stiffening of depending on the needs of the project to be implemented and the specific structure of the committee.

TIG-MIG-MAG Soldering

High yield and accuracy in terms of professionalism and productivity in soldering both aesthetic and sealing effected by means of manual and/or automated applicable to all types of materials.

Surface finishes

We can offer a wide range of mechanical operations such as deburring and threading, tumbling and flaring. In the surface finishes we offer gloss polishing, the bentley finishing, ceramic micro shot peening, satin-finishing, the scotch brite finish and any other valuable finishing handmade.
